CANCELLATION POLICY -

Clients must cancel their appointments 48 hours from their scheduled appointment time, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total may be charged automatically to the card on file.

Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before, including No-Shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.

Clients more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and charged 100% of the scheduled service total of the appointment scheduled. Per stylists discretion, services may be altered with 100% of the scheduled services still being charged at check out.

*We realize that life happens, so contact your stylist directly if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to an emergency or sickness!

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE -

Client satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a hairstyle may not turn out exactly as expected, that's why we have a policy in place to ensure that every client is happy with their hair. If, for any reason, a client is not completely satisfied with their hairstyle, we encourage them to reach out to us within 7 days. We will gladly schedule them in for a redo appointment at their earliest convenience. We are committed to delivering exceptional results, and we are more than happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure our clients leave our studio feeling confident and beautiful.
